Thanks, Steven, for this post. Pascal would not have a problem since he just needs a non-zero probability for God's existence in order for the wager to get going. 4 to 1 is more than enough.
A recently published book that I recommend on Pascal's contributions to probability theory is Keith Devlin's The Unfinished Game. (http://www.amazon.com/Unfinished-Game-Pascal-Fermat-Seventeenth-Century/dp/0465009107)
